Where will I be taken if I am arrested?  On most occasions you will be taken to a police station in your local area or suburb.

What are my rights? 
You have rights under the Police Powers and Responsibility Act to phone a lawyer of your choice.  Get Real Legals is available on most occasions by telephone and then for a fee you can have a lawyer attend either the police station or the watch house depending on the situation.
