Tracey Price is admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia and has been in private practice for over ten years.  Tracey is also a qualified Justice of the Peace and a Registered Migration Agent with MARA.  Tracey holds membership with MIA, the Queensland Law Society and the Golden Key International Honour Society which recognises her as one of the top 15% of Undergraduates.

Tracey has completed a Masters of Laws, Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Justice (Distinction) with a Critical Criminology Major and completed her Articled Clerkship with a boutique law firm in Brisbane. Tracey has also completed the Independent Children's Lawyer Training with the Law Council of Australia and is a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Tracey has a vast background which includes Advertising and Marketing, Product Management, Event Management and Project Management.  Tracey has also spent a number of years working overseas in London and New York.  Tracey has returned to the UK, Ireland and South Africa providing consultation to those wishing to migrate to Australia.

Tracey also has a passion to help those who are faced with the overwhelming criminal justice system.  Tracey believes she is approachable and has a broad knowledge of both civil and criminal law and has achieved fantastic results for her clients.

Tracey has experience working with clients in many areas of law including family law, child protection law, civil litigation, personal injury, migration, debt recovery and criminal matters from regulatory offences, drink driving, bail applications, assault, serious drug offences, serious sex offences, manslaughter and murder.  Tracey has also had experience in making applications to the Magistrates Court including Work Licence Applications and Hardship Applications.

Tracey regular appears in the various courts both in Brisbane and the outer suburbs.

Tania Hampson is our awesome "go to" Office Manager/Paralegal and Conveyancer.

​Tania has a legal background with over 30 years experience.  Tania is an office all rounder and provides support to Solicitors in all areas of Law within the practice which also includes extensive experience in A-Z Cottage Conveyancing.  Tania has a wealth of knowledge gathered from working within the legal industry and her experience assists her to support and encourage the growth of each team member and their professional development.  Tania is vital in ensuring the efficient management of our business from all facets.  Tania always develops a good rapport with our clients and is efficient in ensuring good legal support for the Solicitors.  Tania is always approachable and works to ensure that our clients are looked after.

​Tania is also a Commissioner for Declarations and handles the day to day running of the office.

Sarah Waterman

Sarah has been in the legal industry since she finished school in 1999.  She moved from Rockhampton to Brisbane in 2003 and this is where her journey with conveyancing progressed.  Sarah has worked in legal firms in Brisbane City, Gold Coast and North Brisbane and joined our firm in 2017.  Sarah brings with her experience in off the plan contracts for Developers with her main area now being A-Z Conveyancing.  In past positions Sarah has also had experience with Wills and the Administration of Estates, Family and Criminal Law and is a qualified Commissioner for Declarations.  Sarah prides herself in being organised, efficient, approachable and sets her mind to any task that is asked of her.
